Tuition and Fees Policy

By registering your child for INTAC’s school year, you are agreeing to pay the tuition and fees for the entire academic year. Tuition may be refunded, or future obligations for tuition installment payments may be abated due to extenuating circumstances. This process can occur only upon application to and approval by the Board of Trustees of INTAC. Without Board approval, you will be obligated for the tuition for the entire academic year, whether or not your child completes the school year. This obligation is necessary for the efficient operation of the school, as the Board budgets the operations of INTAC and contracts with personnel based upon the number of students registered and the tuition commitment from all registered students. Abuse of the system and failure to maintain timely payments can result in dismissal of the student from INTAC.

Tuition Management

INTAC has elected to use the FACTS tuition management system to improve the security and convenience of payment processing for our families. FACTS provides flexible payment plan options for our families, making it simple and convenient to budget tuition payments. The enrollment fee for selecting a multiple-payment installment plan is $50.

To set up your tuition payment plan, go to the Facts Portal. Once your information is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation notice. This notice will confirm your payment plan information. Please check this information for accuracy.

Why do I have to fill out the Scholarship Request Form?

An application is required for each eligible student to receive the scholarship award.

Why do I have to complete income verification?

Income verification is required to determine the scholarship amount awarded. It is only required for the first year of application. Income verification will only be required in subsequent years if a family wishes to qualify for LIQ status and tuition balance write-off, OR if a family’s income has decreased and the family would qualify for a higher level of scholarship award.

Will my information be shared?

Information submitted will be used only to determine the student award. Information is protected and will not be shared.

I have already completed income verification for the ACE program. Do I have to complete that step again?

Yes. Parents must currently submit their income verification through both the Income-Verification app and the ACE app.

Is there a deadline to apply?

Applications will be accepted throughout the school year. However, if your application is not received by the Ohio Department of Education for processing by October 14th (including income verification), your student’s scholarship will be awarded at a pro-rated amount.
